A minor studying in class 7 in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh has been brutalized. A 52-year-old man has committed this heinous act. The student had gone to the field to defecate, when the accused lured her and took her with him and committed the crime of rape. The accused also tried to kill the victim by strangulating her. After the incident, the accused fled from the spot leaving the student in an unconscious state. The police have taken the accused into custody. The police have registered a report on the complaint of the victim's mother.
According to the information, a 14-year-old girl resident of a village in the Sadar Bazaar police station area studies in class seven in the village school. She had gone to the field to defecate at around seven in the morning. According to the police, while returning from the field, the accused stopped her and lured her to his mustard field nearby. There he raped the girl. The victim fainted. After this the accused came to his house. After about two hours, when a youth from the village went to the field, he saw the girl lying unconscious and informed her family. The family and the villagers picked her up and took her home. The scared girl told the name of the accused. After this, the family took the victim to the police station. Here all the people of the village started saying that the girl was mentally ill.
The police arrested the accused

Expressing displeasure over the villagers' attempt to cover up the serious incident, they sent the police in search of the accused. The police searched the house of the accused.
