He has written a letter regarding the inclusion of Delhi's Jat community in the OBC list of the Center. kejriwal said that 'You betrayed the Jat community of Delhi. Jats and all other castes with OBC status in delhi should be included in the OBC list of the Center.'
He said, "The central government has betrayed the Jat community in the name of OBC reservation for 10 years. In 2015, you called the leaders of the Jat community to your house and promised that the Jat community of delhi will be included in the OBC list of the Center. In 2019, amit shah promised to bring the Jat community in the OBC list of the Center. If the students of Jat community of rajasthan are to get reservation in DU, then why don't the Jat community of delhi get it?"
Thousands of children of Jat community do not get admission in DU - Arvind Kejriwal
arvind kejriwal further said, "Thousands of children of Jat community of delhi do not get admission in DU due to not being in the OBC list of the Center. Modi government is not allowing Jats to get benefits in the institutions of the central government despite being in the OBC list in Delhi. Jat community of delhi does not get reservation. There is no reservation in college admission or jobs. The prime minister himself had announced that the Jat community will get reservation, yet it was not done."
The AAP chief targeted him and said, "The home minister had also promised, but did not do it. The prime minister and the home minister are lying. They speak before the elections, but forget after that. I have written a letter to the PM yesterday. I reminded him of the promise he had made to the Jat community."
