Symptoms of HMPV infection have been found in a woman in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. This woman has been admitted to Balrampur Hospital in Lucknow. The woman's sample has been sent to KGMU for examination. Till the test results come, this infection has not been confirmed in the woman, only her symptoms have been found.
It is said that the treatment of the woman who has symptoms of this virus is going on. Doctors are waiting for the report of the sample before confirming it. But if doctors are to be believed, that woman has symptoms of HMPV virus. However, four patients of this have been found in the country so far. The first woman was found in Bengaluru, Karnataka. After this, a patient of HMPV virus infection was also confirmed in Ahmedabad. While on wednesday a patient has been found in Mumbai.
The chief minister has given instructions
Earlier, cm Yogi Adityanath had instructed the health department to remain alert during a meeting in Lucknow. Then cm Yogi had said in his instructions that there is a possibility of increase in the number of patients suffering from cold, cough and respiratory problems. In such a situation, the health system needs to be alert. Patients should get good medical facilities in all government hospitals. Be it testing or availability of medicines, everything should be in order.
While reviewing the health and medical facilities of the pilgrims in maha Kumbh, the chief minister said that there should be proper arrangements for treatment in all sectors. Ambulance facility should be available. Be it seasonal problems like cold, cough, fever or any other serious disease, everyone should get proper medical assistance. The health department team should continuously visit all sectors and take care of the people, if needed, they should be given proper medical assistance.
