Massive preparations are being made by the government administration for the maha Kumbh event. In this sequence, after Prayagraj, all the arrangements are being made in varanasi keeping in mind the arrival of a large number of devotees. The maximum responsibility will be on the railway and police administration of Varanasi. In this sequence, it has been decided to completely ban the sale and preparation of non-veg food in trains passing through the station including the railway station of Varanasi.
According to the information received by ABP Live from the station director, a large number of devotees traveling for Prayagraj maha Kumbh will also reach Kashi. During this time, full preparations have been made by the railway department to cooperate in their religious journey and event. Keeping in mind the sanctity of the event, non-veg will be completely banned in the canteens, shops, food places located at all railway stations of Varanasi.
Apart from this, keeping in mind the Prayagraj Kumbh, non-veg food will not be prepared in any train going from Varanasi. Samples of food being prepared at the station and in trains are also being taken by the varanasi Railway Department. The varanasi Railway Department clearly says that even earlier, non-veg food was not prepared. But during the maha Kumbh, there will be a ban on preparing and selling non-veg food especially in these areas.
In view of the maha Kumbh event, the varanasi district administration, police administration and the railway department have almost completed their preparations. A waiting area has been created right next to the varanasi Cantt railway station, where accommodation will be available for the devotees coming during the Prayagraj maha Kumbh, in which charging, first aid, ticket related information and booking facilities will be available. The varanasi district administration has also inspected different sites keeping in mind every facility and arrangement for the devotees coming during the maha Kumbh event.
