This is not the only advertisement, but most of the e-commerce and quick commerce companies are saying the same by changing the words. This kind of marketing campaign has scared millions of retail businessmen of the country. E-commerce companies had already reduced their profits. Now there is a crisis on their employment. To combat this, retailers and distributors across the country have united and started making a strategy.
Will open a front by holding meetings in 500 districts, 700 cities
FMCG distributors and retailers have made big preparations to save their business from e-commerce and quick commerce companies. Under this, meetings will be held in 500 districts and 700 cities of the country to make people aware of the dangers of e-commerce and quick commerce companies. Strategy making at the local level to save the business will also be promoted. This campaign will be run between 20 january and 31 March. This plan of running a campaign for three months to compete with online retailing has been made by All india Consumer Product Distributors Federation i.e. AICPDF. AICPDF has earlier written letters to various ministries of the country including the Prime Minister's office and complained against e-commerce companies. It has also pleaded to save the jobs of retailers. Competition Commission of india i.e. CCI has talked about investigating against many quick commerce companies on the basis of AICPDF's complaint. Four lakh distributors and three and a half lakh sub-distributors across the country are associated with AICPDF.
