During his inspection, he first went to the classrooms and took stock of the quality of studies of the children. The children informed that they have been given only 12 notebooks and two pens in a year. Apart from this, the bags that were given are torn, RO water is not available for drinking. A lot of pebbles are coming out of the ground in the playground, due to which children often get injured while playing. The students also told that the hostel is cleaned only two to three times a week, whereas cleaning should be done daily. Brooms for cleaning, soap for bathing, shampoo and oil, brush, toothpaste etc. are also not being given. The students told that initially the storekeeper had given them 6 soaps each, but later 2 soaps each were taken back. Apart from this, many other complaints were found by the students including that the food was not given as per the menu and the quality of the food was very bad.

The Divisional Commissioner reviewed the work by assembling the entire teaching and non-teaching staff in the principal's room to confirm the complaints received from the students. Many irregularities came to light and most of the complaints made by the students were confirmed. In the context of the complaints received regarding food, he went to the mess and personally tested the quality of the food. He found that the rice cooked was of very poor quality, which was giving out a bad smell and a lot of pebbles were found in it. Similarly, vegetables and lentils were made very thin by adding too much water.
