Imran Khan sentenced to 14 years in a corruption case..!?

The court found Imran and his wife Bushra Bibi guilty in the Al Qadir case. Imran was sentenced to 14 years in prison, while Bushra was sentenced to seven years. The judge gave this verdict amid tight security in Adiala Jail.
The Al Qadir case was registered by the National Accountability Bureau of pakistan in 2023 not only against the Imran couple but also against six others. This case is that the Imran couple embezzled 190 million pounds collected from Malik Riaz Hussain, a Pakistani realtor based in london when britain gave it to Pakistan. This is called the Al Qadir Trust case. Imran was the prime minister at the time of the money. The National Accountability Bureau has accused the supreme court of allowing some of the fine imposed on Riaz by the supreme court to be collected instead of depositing them in the national treasury. In return, Hussain is said to have gifted 57 acres to Al-Qadir University, which the Imran couple's trust wanted to establish. Meanwhile, Imran has been in jail since august 2023. More than 200 cases have already been registered. However, Bushra Bibi was recently released after her prison sentence was suspended.
