Interim bail was granted in December
In December, the delhi high court granted interim bail to kuldeep singh sengar for 10 days. Then the bail period was extended till january 20 and it was said that it would not be extended. Sengar had then made eye surgery the basis. He had then sought interim bail for five months.
The court had imposed these conditions on Sengar

It was said that the accused can stay only in Safdarjung area, information of which will be given to the CBI. He can go from home to AIIMS only. Whenever he goes out, he will be under the supervision of a constable. No more than two people can meet him at a time.
