However, before attending this conference, Vasudev Devnani's health deteriorated. It is reported that when Vasudev Devnani was in the hotel in the morning, at around 5 am, before attending the meeting, he had chest pain. After this, he was admitted to IGIC of PMCH. Right now his condition is stable and he is admitted. However, he will go back to Rajasthan. Arrangements are being made to send him.

Lok Sabha Speaker om birla inaugurated the 85th All india Presiding Officers Conference in patna on 20 january 2025. The theme of this two-day conference is, "75th Anniversary of the Constitution: Contribution of parliament and State Assemblies in Strengthening Constitutional Values". Many opposition leaders including rajya sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, bihar Deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary, assembly Speaker Nand kishore Yadav also attended this conference.
