The company issued a statement on monday saying that its supply will start from the financial year 2025-26. Let us tell you that just a few days ago, Wari Energies Limited, India's largest solar PV module manufacturer, has got a contract to supply 180 MW solar modules from the Renewable Energy Company of the government of India.

After the statement issued by the company today, the shares of solar panel manufacturer Wari Energies Limited closed at Rs 2,635.75 per share with a gain of 1.2 percent on the bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This shows the increasing confidence of investors towards the company.

India's renewable energy capacity will increase

With this order, there will be maximum supply of PV modules from Wari Energies in the country, which will help in fulfilling the government of India's target in the renewable energy sector. This will reduce greenhouse emissions as well as benefit the environment. The company aims to increase its solar module production capacity to 20.9 gigawatts by 2027.

The company not only manufactures solar PV modules, batteries and other solar products, but also supplies them on a large scale. By 2024, the company's capacity was 13.3 gigawatts (GW), while by 2021 its capacity was only up to 2 GW.
