The Judicial Inquiry Commission team has once again reached sambhal today to investigate the violence that took place on 24 november last year in sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The three-member investigation team includes retired judge Devendra Kumar Arora, retired DGP UP IPS A.K. Jain and retired Principal Secretary IAS amit Mohan Prasad. The investigation team again inspected the incident site and Shahi Jama Masjid today and took detailed information about the incident from the police administration officials.

The members of the Judicial Inquiry Commission saw the situation in the violence-affected areas near Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal. The Superintendent of police and the district Magistrate explained to the Judicial Commission in detail where and what happened on the day of violence and how violence broke out here on 24 november in which at least 4 people died. When the Shahi Jama Masjid was being surveyed again on 24 november by the court Commissioner on the orders of the court in Sambhal. Then there was large scale violence outside. In which firing, stone pelting and arson took place. Many police officers were also injured and 4 people died.

Investigation team reached Shahi Jama Masjid, inspected the incident site

A team was formed by the government to investigate the matter. The members of the team had come once before to investigate the sambhal violence case. Today again this team of judicial investigation commission reached sambhal at 11 am and first of all, under the protection of heavy police force, the investigation commission team inspected the incident site and then reached Shahi Jama Masjid. Where the people of the mosque committee told the team that on november 24, when the survey was being done, how a crowd gathered outside the mosque and violence broke out. The Judicial Inquiry Commission team was accompanied by Moradabad Range DIG Muniraj G. Singh and sambhal DM Rajendra Pensia, sambhal Superintendent of police Krishan Kumar Vishnoi, SDM Vandana Mishra, ASP Shrishchandra and CO Anuj Chaudhary along with the police force.

After visiting the site of the incident and Shahi Jama Masjid, the Judicial Inquiry Commission team is now present at the PWD guest house on Chandausi Road in Sambhal. It will stay here till 4 pm. If any citizen wants to record his statement about the incident of violence on 24 november, he can present his case before the Judicial Inquiry Commission.
