Amid reports of displeasure, shiv sena chief and maharashtra Deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde has announced to support bjp in the delhi assembly elections. In this regard, he has written a letter to bjp National President JP Nadda. In the letter, he said, "His party (Shiv Sena) has decided to actively support all bjp candidates in the 2025 delhi assembly elections."

He said, "I have directed the shiv sena delhi unit to actively participate in the election campaign along with the bjp state unit."
Eknath Shinde said, "Under my leadership, shiv sena has been a symbol of the Hindutva ideology of Hindu Hriday Samrat shiv sena chief balasaheb Thackeray. Following this legacy, we are an active and proud member of the national democratic alliance (NDA) under the able leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi.'' Why was Eknath Shinde angry?
It is claimed about Eknath Shinde that he is angry after the announcement of guardian ministers by chief minister Devendra Fadnavis. It is being said that his party did not get the importance shiv sena in the announcement of ministers for the districts. Sources said that Shinde has gone to his native village in Satara district.
The Devendra Fadnavis-led government had announced ministers in charge for 36 districts of maharashtra on Saturday. However, a day later these appointments were stopped for Nashik and Raigad. NCP's Aditi Tatkare was appointed as the minister in charge of Raigad. Due to this, shiv sena leader Bharat Gogawale got angry. bjp leader Girish Mahajan was given the responsibility of Nashik district. After reports of Eknath Shinde's displeasure, ministers Chandrashekhar Bawankule and Girish Mahajan left for Daregaon to meet him and address his concerns.
