Prakash Chand Gupta, a resident of Railwayganj Mohalla in the city Kotwali area, had filed a report against Subhash Pasi on 10 october 2023. He had alleged that former mla Subhash Pasi lives in plot number 658 on Juhu Church Balraj Sahni Road number three in mumbai city. He met Subhash Pasi and his wife Reena through a neighbor. He was told that Subhash works in property.
Fraud in the name of selling flat
Subhash had offered to sell a flat in Aram Nagar, mumbai for Rs 2.5 crore. After which Chandra Prakash arranged a meeting of both of them with Ruchi Goyal, who is the sister of minister Nitin Agarwal. After which, in the presence of many people, Ruchi gave a cheque of Rs 49 lakh to Subhash and his wife. Which was later cashed by Reena. A few days later, they handed over fake papers of the flat and did not even give the flat. After which the police registered a case of fraud against Subhash Pasi and wife Reena in this case.
Subhash Pasi has been an mla from Samajwadi party from Saidpur seat of Ghazipur twice in the years 2012 and 2017. Before the 2022 assembly elections, he went to join the Bharatiya Janata Party. bjp had given him a ticket from Saidpur assembly itself but he had to face defeat. Giving information about this, cm City Ankit Mishra said that Subhash Pasi does fraud by forming a gang. mumbai police went to catch him many times but every time he used to run away.
