Interesting contest on Delhi's Mustafabad seat?

Candidates are in discussion in Mustafabad assembly constituency. From this seat, aam aadmi party has fielded a young face and Adil ahmed khan, congress has placed its bet on ali Mehndi. The candidate who is most discussed is Tahir Hussain, who is in jail on the charges of delhi riots, whom AIMIM has fielded on its ticket. bjp has made the contest more interesting by giving ticket to former mla Mohan Singh Bisht from Karawal nagar on this seat.

Who has how much strength?

All the candidates on this seat have their strength and this is the reason why the contest here is not easy, but the biggest factor on this seat is the Muslim vote bank. While on one hand there is competition between the candidates of congress and aam aadmi party for this contest and Muslim vote bank, on the other hand Asaduddin Owaisi's party has tried its best to break into the Muslim vote bank by giving ticket to Tahir Hussain, accused of delhi riots, from here. This seat has around 40% Muslim vote bank and now this vote bank seems to be divided because on one hand Aam Aadmi Party's Adil ahmed khan is trying his best for the Muslim vote bank and on the other hand congress is also leaving no stone unturned to woo this vote bank. Along with this, many people in the area are showing sympathy with delhi riots accused Tahir Hussain.

What is the situation of Mohan Singh Bisht?

bjp candidate Mohan Singh Bisht has maintained his decent presence in the areas of North east delhi and this is the reason why he has been an mla from Karawal nagar near Mustafabad many times. If we leave aside the 40% Muslim vote bank, then bjp is focusing on around 60% vote bank.
