Pranav Singh Champion's troubles increased further!

In Uttarakhand, bharatiya janata party leader and former mla Kunwar Pranav Singh champion was sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the court on Monday. On january 26, he fired hundreds of rounds at the residence of Khanpur mla Umesh Kumar. After this, the police arrested him and presented him in the court. From where he was sent to jail. At the same time, the court has granted bail to Khanpur mla Umesh Kumar in this case.

Now district Magistrate Karmendra Singh has taken immediate action on the basis of the report of the police department and suspended the arms licenses of three persons. These three licenses belong to Kunwar Pranav Singh champion and his family members.

The district Magistrate has cancelled the arms license number 2108/13 revolver number 3107638-32, arms license number 2109/13 revolver number 75931-32 bore and arms license number 2104/13 gun number 148042 of divya Pratap Singh, son of Kunwar Pranav Singh champion, resident of Rangmahal town Landhaura, police station Kotwali Mangalore, tehsil Roorkee, district Haridwar and the arms license number 1237/99 gun DBBL, arms license number 1492/03 pistol number 0041 and arms license number 1669/07 pistol number 623745A of Kunwar A show cause notice has been issued to Pranav Singh champion son of Shri narendra Singh resident of Rangmahal town Landhaura police station Kotwali Mangalore, Tehsil Roorkee district Haridwar suspending his arms license no. 1038/93 rifle no. 2576544 DBL, arms license no. 1039/1993 pistol no.-A-1707 and arms license no. 2256/14 revolver-A-1905-32 bore.

The district Magistrate has also issued a show cause notice to all the three persons. According to the show cause notice, all the three persons will have to submit a written reply within 15 days of receipt of the notice either in person or through a representative/advocate. It has also been informed in the notice that if despite the notice, a written reply is not received within the stipulated time period, then a one-sided order will be passed in the case by the court of the district Magistrate.
