Another arrest in lucknow murder case by police like this!
In Uttar Pradesh's capital lucknow, police has arrested an accused of killing five members of his family, including his wife and four daughters. Officials gave this information on Tuesday.
Badruddin alias Badar, who killed his family with the help of his son Arshad on december 31 at Hotel Sharanjit in Charbagh area, was arrested by the police on monday on the basis of confidential information.
police said that during the arrest, the accused also tried to consume poisonous substance, but he is safe after immediate medical assistance. Those allegedly killed by the father-son include Badar's wife Asma (49) and his daughters alia (9), Alshia (19), Aksa (16) and Rehman (18). Arshad had accused some locals of his community in his hometown agra of harassment over a land dispute, due to which he claimed to have committed the crime out of anger.

The accused Mohammad Arshad was arrested soon after the case of five murders came to light on january 1. In an alleged video on social media, Arshad confessed to slitting the wrists and throats of his sisters and mother. He claimed that he took this step due to harassment by the people of the locality. Arshad had said, 'I and my entire family are forced to take this step in helplessness and despair... I have killed my sisters and mother myself. When the police get this video, I request them to hold the people of the locality responsible for all this.' The police had announced a reward of Rs 25,000 to anyone giving information about Badruddin alias Badar and also released his photographs. A non-bailable warrant was also issued against him.
