The troubles of congress mp Rakesh Rathore, accused in the rape case, are not decreasing. The CJM court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him on the application of the police. Earlier, despite being sent a summons notice for the second time, he did not come to the police station to record his statement. After the warrant was issued by the court, the police has intensified his search.

The congress mp was sent a second notice on january 24 in the rape case, in which he had to appear at the police station on january 27 at 11 am and record his statement. Despite this, he did not appear on monday, it is being told that instead of the mp, his nephew reached the police station, but the police asked to record the statement of the MP. After which the police filed an application in the CJM court and got a non-bailable warrant of arrest issued from the court.

A case was registered against Rakesh Rathore in a rape case on january 17. After which he filed an anticipatory bail petition in the MP/MLA court to avoid arrest but the court rejected it. The police has issued notice to the mp twice to record his statement in this case but the mp did not appear. Giving information about this, nagar Kotwal Anup Shukla said that the mp has not appeared even after issuing notice twice. The police is trying to arrest him.

According to reports, Rakesh Rathore is again trying to get anticipatory bail and arrest stay. On monday also, his lawyers tried to get bail in the high court but he could not get bail. Even after the non-bailable warrant is issued, if the police is unable to arrest him or he does not appear in the court, then attachment action can be taken against him.
