Odisha plans to fill 65,000 vacancies in kingdom authorities in next 2 years
Bhubaneswar: The odisha authorities on thursday said it has prepared a blueprint to fill sixty five,000 vacancies within the country government over the next years.
On thursday, the kingdom's wellknown management and public criticism (GAPG) branch directed nodal officials of all departments to update emptiness positions so the ones posts may be filled.
"It's miles reported at the recruitment internet portal that there is a vacancy of 94,819 posts at the base level towards a sanctioned strength of three,87,537 as of january 27, 2025. Out of 94,819 base-stage vacancies, 40,234 posts were authorised by the empowered committee for recruitment, even as 33,420 posts had been despatched to distinctive recruiting corporations for carrying out recruitment," the branch stated in a communique.
The health and own family welfare branch tops the listing with 22,711 of the 65,528 positions vacant.
