Violence broke out last night in Bhimpur village of Thana Roravar area of aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. This dispute started on the issue of removing the Ambedkar statue, which took a big form in no time. Clashes took place between the police and the protesters, in which 11 policemen were injured. The miscreants set fire to several vehicles, due to which an atmosphere of tension was created in the area. The administration has deployed additional police force to control the situation. Now drone cameras are also being used to monitor the situation so that any untoward incident can be prevented in time.
According to local sources, the dispute started when some people started installing Ambedkar's statue on the land of Gram Samaj after the officials refused. At the same time, the other side started building a wall of the temple on the land of Gram Samaj. The administration tried to remove a statue of Ambedkar. Some people opposed this action, which led to tension in the area. Clashes broke out between the two castes and the police and the situation deteriorated so much that the police had to use force to control the crowd. Soon the situation went out of control and the miscreants started pelting stones at the police.

According to the information received from aligarh SSP, 11 policemen were injured in this violent clash. The miscreants not only attacked the police, but also set fire to several motorcycles and other vehicles parked nearby. Seeing the situation deteriorating, the police used mild force to drive away the miscreants and PAC was deployed in the entire area. After the same incident, the administration has become fully alert.
Additional police force has been deployed on the spot under the leadership of Deputy district Magistrate Digvijay Singh and Area Officer Sarjna Singh. The officials have also ensured that strict vigil is kept on every corner of the village. In view of the situation, the administration has started monitoring the area with the help of drone cameras. Its main purpose is that if any suspicious activity is happening, it can be stopped immediately.

Some people are forced to stay in their homes, while some have decided to leave the village. A local resident said that we want to live in peace.
