In the baba siddique murder case, a mumbai court on wednesday (January 29) issued a non-bailable warrant against the infamous Anmol Bishnoi. Non-bailable warrants have been issued against two more wanted accused. Special Judge for MCOCA cases BD Shelke said in his order that the court believes that the wanted accused Bishnoi has absconded or he will not comply with the summons. Therefore, a permanent non-bailable warrant is required to be issued against him to ensure his presence.
The court also issued a non-bailable warrant against Shubham Lonkar and Mohammad Zeeshan Akhtar. The judge said that the court has already issued a request for deportation of Anmol Bishnoi to the US authorities in the case related to the firing outside actor salman Khan's Bandra residence in april 2024.

Fugitive accused in baba Siddiqui murder case
The mumbai Crime Branch team investigating the ncp leader baba Siddiqui murder case had filed a charge sheet against a total of 26 people in this case, all of them have been arrested. Along with this, a charge sheet has also been filed against three absconding accused. The names of these absconding accused are Anmol Bishnoi, Zeeshan Akhtar and Shubham Lonkar.
Baba Siddiqui was murdered on october 12 last year
It is worth noting that ncp leader baba Siddiqui was shot dead on 12 october 2024 outside the office of his son Zeeshan Siddiqui in Bandra, Mumbai. All the accused arrested in this murder case have been booked under MCOCA and are currently in judicial custody.
