Arvind kejriwal said that like auto drivers, they will also be given life insurance of 10 lakhs and health insurance of 5 lakhs, one lakh for daughter's marriage and scholarships to children. When a new officer, mp or minister comes there, it is not necessary that he keeps them. Due to this, that staff comes on the road. This is a very temporary arrangement. For 2-3 years, there is a fear in their mind whether they will be kept further or not. When they come on the road, what will happen to their children?
Arvind kejriwal said that just like we have made a labor card, a government personal staff card will be made in the same way. Many schemes provide facilities on the basis of Shramik Card, similarly all facilities will be provided to the government personal staff. A servant hostel will be built. If a person is fired or his officer or minister is transferred, then the staff is left on the streets. In such a situation, they can stay in that hostel temporarily for a few years until they get a job.
