In 2020, sanjeev Jha got 139,598 votes and defeated JDU's Shailendra Kumar, who got 51,440 votes, by a huge margin of 88,158 votes. AAP has been winning this seat continuously since 2013 and wants to create history by wiping out the opponents with a broom for the fourth time.
