To end unemployment, educated youth will be given a first job by giving them a monthly apprenticeship of Rs 8500 for one year. In view of the rising inflation, to control the kitchen budget of women, we will give a cylinder for Rs 500. We will give 300 units of free electricity per month to every delhi electricity consumer."
