If you want to live on rent, unmarried couples to follow new rule!

The president of a society in Sector-99 of noida has asked the owners renting flats to unmarried couples to submit marriage certificate or consent letter from their family. However, supreme Towers Apartment Owners Association (STOA) secretary SS Kushwaha said that this is not the opinion of the board. He said that the president VN Subramaniam himself has circulated these instructions. supreme Towers Society Apartment Owners Association president VN Subramaniam sent an email to flat owners on january 21, in which he has asked all flat owners to submit the said documents to the association's office on or before january 31.

What was told to the landlords?

The email said that the owners renting flats to unmarried people (boy or girl) should submit detailed information including their address and approval of family members. If unmarried members are living with a different gender, they will have to submit a marriage certificate or formal acceptance letter from their family.

An employee said that this is a good decision to avoid the nuisance caused by unmarried people in the society. He said that unmarried boys/girls submit fake certificates of their parents and on the basis of that they become tenants. After this, some accidents happen after some time.

Why did this order come?

This step has been taken after the death of a 23-year-old law student, who died after falling from the 7th floor of supreme Tower Society in Sector 99 on january 11 this year. Investigation is going on in this case. At the same time, a case has been registered against a female classmate by the father of the deceased for abetting suicide, but later she was released on bail. This incident has raised questions on security.
