The supreme court had given custody parole to Tahir Hussain to campaign till february 3. Before the end of the election campaign and going to jail, Tahir Hussain took out a road show in Mustafabad area on Monday. Tahir Hussain, AIMIM candidate from Mustafabad seat of delhi, told the people in the road show, "My name is Tahir Hussain. I did not get bail for 5 years. If my name was Tarachand, I would have got bail."

'The allegations are false, I will answer them all'

After his arrest in the delhi riots case, he said, "Initially I thought I should end my life. I should commit suicide, but neither my religion nor the law of my country allows this." He further said in a poetic style, 'We are so helpless that we cannot even die, the allegations are false, I will answer them all." According to Tahir Hussain, "Muslims in delhi and across the country always vote to defeat the BJP, but this time Muslims have become disillusioned with AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal. arvind kejriwal has not gone to any Muslim area, but I am saying that I am the friend of every mother and sister here. My fight is only with the BJP."

Tahir spoke 'Mann Ki Baat' in the road show

AIMIM candidate Tahir Hussain further said, "People from Hindu areas are also meeting me and talking about supporting me. When I talk about jail, my eyes start crying. The children of a person whose father is alive are living the life of an orphan for the last 5 years. His wife is living the life of a widow." He said, "Here the question is of ours and others, rights and entitlements. I have been living here for 30 years. For the first time a local candidate has been fielded from here. Those who are wise in this area know who are the haters and who are the ones who maintain brotherhood. This election is not about Hindus and Muslims."
