He said that water is being supplied by installing illegal meters in Kapashera and nearby areas. According to the bjp spokesperson, boring water for bathing and washing is available at the rate of Rs 800 per month. people in Kapashera are not even getting drinking water in their homes. He said that Arvind Kejriwal's lies have been exposed. The water mafia has the open support of the AAP government.
