Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) team reached Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's house on friday (7 February). The acb team stayed outside Arvind Kejriwal's house for about one and a half hours and then returned. The former delhi CM's legal team said that the acb team came without any notice. acb has given notice to Arvind Kejriwal's legal team. The acb team has asked the AAP convenor to record a statement. aam aadmi party was accused of offering Rs 15 crore each for buying and selling candidates.

What did AAP legal cell chief sanjeev Nasiyar say?

They neither had any stamp nor any paper, notice or instruction. The way they took instructions from above, it took them one and a half hours to get the notice. He further said, "The acb team has given the notice. We will study it and reply." Who is the complainant? On this question, Nasiyar said that the acb team told that LG's PS is the complainant but there is no such mention in that notice. Neither bjp nor LG's PS has been mentioned in it. Simply this is a notice and it has not been prepared in a legal manner, we will reply to it.

sanjay singh lodged a complaint in ACB

On the other hand, aam aadmi party leader and rajya sabha MP sanjay singh lodged a complaint in acb Complaint has been lodged. sanjay singh also gave his mobile number to ACB. He said, "Mukesh Ahlawat received a phone call at 12:09 pm on thursday (February 6). mukesh Ahlawat was offered Rs 15 crore and a ministerial position. Other MLAs and candidates were also offered similar offers."
