BJP candidate Chandrabhan Paswan has won the by-election held on Milkipur assembly seat of Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, kalki Dham's Peethadheeshwar and former congress leader acharya Pramod Krishnam has taken a jibe at SP's defeat in Milkipur by tagging SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.
