NSA Action Against Accused Of Arms Smuggling In Bulandshahr…

Bulandshahr police Administration has taken NSA action against Rizwan Ansari, accused of supplying illegal arms in punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala murder case. Rizwan Ansari has 6 serious cases registered against him in bulandshahr including Delhi. NSA action against illegal arms smuggler Rizwan Ansari is being considered as a strong message. Accused Rizwan Ansari is lodged in bulandshahr district Jail. He was trying to get bail to come out of jail.

Rizwan Ansari, accused of illegal arms smuggling in punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala murder case, resident of Mohalla Sheikh Sahiban Chota Hakim of Khurja nagar police station area of bulandshahr, was jailed for smuggling illegal arms from Khurja nagar police station district bulandshahr and the country's capital Delhi. Rizwan was released on bail on 26 december 2024. After which Rizwan reached his home in Khurja and celebrated in the locality with his friends in the joy of Rizwan's release from jail. During the celebration, he fired in the air with illegal weapons, beat drums and burst crackers. Due to which an atmosphere of terror was created in the area.

Firing was done after release from jail

This entire video of aerial firing and fireworks in celebration of release from jail went viral on social media. In this regard, Khurja nagar police registered a case against the accused Rizwan and Rizwan Ansari and his son were arrested on the night of 27 december with 2 illegal pistols, 6 live cartridges and 7 illegal pistols and a car. After which the accused Rizwan Ansari is currently lodged in the district jail Bulandshahr. On 5 february 2025, Khurja nagar police station took action against the accused Rizwan Ansari under NSA and got NSA served in the district jail.

While giving information about the whole case, SSP bulandshahr Shlok Kumar said that NSA was recommended against the accused Rizwan Ansari, on which DM bulandshahr Court has taken action under NSA against the accused Rizwan Ansari. He has been served the sentence in the district jail.
