Eknath Shinde's new political move under 'Operation Tiger'?

There is a stir in maharashtra politics. Former shiv sena (Uddhav balasaheb Thackeray) mla Rajan Salvi has resigned and will join Eknath Shinde's shiv sena on thursday (13 February). His move is being considered a part of 'Operation Tiger', which Eknath Shinde has started to further weaken the uddhav thackeray faction. shiv sena claims that Eknath Shinde is in contact with 6 MPs and many MLAs, due to which there is a possibility of a big political upheaval in the coming days.

Rajan Salvi's entry, Samant Brothers angry?

Rajan Salvi comes from Rajapur assembly constituency, where the Nanar refinery project has been in discussion for a long time. Interestingly, in the recently held assembly elections, he was defeated by Eknath Shinde faction mla kiran Samant. Now that Salvi is joining Shinde's party, kiran Samant is said to be very angry. However, while talking to ABP News, kiran Samant has denied being angry. On the other hand, minister uday Samant has also welcomed Rajan Salvi.

Why is Rajan Salvi angry?

Salvi had resigned from the post of Deputy leader of shiv sena (Uddhav faction) taking moral responsibility for the defeat. Sources say that he was upset with factionalism within the party and not getting the expected support from senior leaders. At the same time, his supporters were pressuring him to change parties due to the hope of getting power in the local body elections.

What is UBT's reaction to Salvi?

Shiv Sena (UBT) mp Vinayak Raut said, "Eknath Shinde is using Rajan Salvi." He alleged that seeing the growing closeness between uday Samant and deputy cm devendra fadnavis, Shinde has made a move to bring Salvi to his side. Raut also claimed, "After the assembly elections, Salvi held 100 meetings and expressed his desire to join BJP. fadnavis would send him to the Legislative Council, but bjp closed its doors for him. Now he has to go under the leadership of the feudal family against which he was raising his voice."

Uddhav faction's worries increased!

'Operation Tiger' has been in the headlines for the last few days, under which Eknath Shinde is constantly trying to break the leaders of the uddhav thackeray faction. This strategy seems to be successful for him, because even before Salvi, many workers and leaders of the thackeray faction have joined Shinde's party. The way Eknath Shinde has taken 'Operation Tiger' forward, questions have started arising whether more big faces can leave shiv sena (Uddhav faction) in the coming days? It will be interesting to see how the thackeray faction will face this challenge. For now, the Shinde faction appears to be gaining a major advantage with this latest defection.
