Brother became enemy of life in property dispute, shot dead…?
In delhi, property dispute made two brothers enemies of each other. The elder brother shot dead the younger brother. The incident took place in Matiyala village of Dwarka area on monday night. The police arrested four people including the main accused within 48 hours of the incident. The accused have been identified as 41-year-old Ravinder Kumar alias Loka, 44-year-old Satendra Silotia alias Pintu alias Chota Hathi, 26-year-old Zahid and 23-year-old Avnish. The police have also recovered the hyundai Accent car used in the crime, 02 country-made pistols, 04 live and 01 empty cartridges from the possession of the accused.
DCP Dwarka Ankit Singh said that on february 10 at 10 pm, the police received information that a man named dharmendra Dalal, 35, was shot dead behind the house. The police reached the spot and found that dharmendra was shot in the head. Considering the seriousness of the incident, the police formed several teams to nab the accused. The district's special staff police was also engaged in the investigation. The team included ACP Operation ram Avatar, Special Staff Incharge Inspector Vishvendra, SI Rakesh, SI Jaiveer, Head Constable Dev Kumar, sandeep and Kuldeep.
Murder of younger brother in property dispute
The help of technical surveillance was taken in the investigation. CCTV footage installed around the crime scene was also analyzed. During the analysis, three suspects were seen running fast in the CCTV. One was identified as the deceased's elder brother Ravinder. Ravinder's call detail record (CDR) was examined. The investigation revealed the involvement of four people in the incident. The police got information that all the accused had fled to Modinagar in Ghaziabad. Based on the information, the police team conducted a raid and arrested all four from Vijaynagar, Modinagar.
Four arrested including the main accused
Two country-made pistols, four live cartridges, one empty cartridge and a car used in the crime were also recovered from the accused. During interrogation, the main accused Ravinder told that he was having a dispute with his younger brother dharmendra regarding the division of property and rental income. dharmendra was threatening him for asking for his share. The elder brother hatched a conspiracy to kill his younger brother. Ravinder took the help of his three friends Satendra, Zahid and Avnish to kill Dharmendra. Zahid provided the weapons. All the accused reached delhi on 8 february in Satendra alias Pintu's car. On 10 february, they shot dharmendra to death when they got the chance. After committing the crime, the accused fled from the spot.
