Sanjay Singh furious at bjp – why?
After senior aam aadmi party leader and former minister Satyendra Jain got bail, AAP has reacted to ED seeking permission from the President for his arrest. Senior AAP leader and mp sanjay singh said that today it has been proved that Satyendra Jain's arrest was illegal. Satyendra Jain was kept in jail without any evidence and now ED is seeking permission from the President for his arrest.
He said that this shows that the purpose of ED's arrest of aam aadmi party leaders including arvind kejriwal was only to destroy the party and stop the work of Delhiites. The prime minister and ED should apologize for this.
Senior aam aadmi party leader and rajya sabha member sanjay singh said that today it has been proved that the arrest of arvind kejriwal and Satyendra Jain was completely illegal and motivated by malice. He alleged, "Prime minister Modi and the bjp government deliberately got these two leaders arrested. After keeping Satyendra Jain in jail for several months, now these people are asking for permission to arrest him in the case.
Sanjay Singh said that our lawyer lodged a protest in the court that this arrest is illegal. Nothing was recovered from his house. Still he was kept in jail for 23 months. Now he has also got bail, then these people are asking permission from the President for arrest. They did the same thing in the case of arvind kejriwal also.
Sanjay Singh said, "It is clear that the purpose behind the ED's arrest was only to finish the aam aadmi party and stop the work of the people of Delhi. For this, prime minister Modi should apologize to the country. He should apologize to Satyendra Jain's family. By getting a chief minister and a minister arrested without any permission, the work of the people of delhi was stopped. The home Ministry should accept its mistake.
