People of these 15 districts of UP should be careful!
Effective steps are being taken continuously to improve the traffic system in Uttar Pradesh and to curb road accidents. This includes making people aware to follow traffic rules and issuing challans. Under this, preparations have been made to start Integrated Traffic Management System in 15 more districts of the state. After which challan will be issued through cameras in 15 more districts including Ghaziabad, kanpur and strict action will be taken against those who violate traffic rules.
At present, Integrated Traffic Management System (ITMS) is already working in 17 districts of the state and now the names of 15 more districts will be included in this list. In the second phase, this system will be started first in Ghaziabad. Apart from this, this system will soon be implemented in Barabanki, Sitapur, kanpur Dehat, Basti, Gonda, Rae Bareli, Siddharthnagar, Unnao, Etah, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Hardoi and Banda.
Traffic system will be more secure
Under the Integrated Traffic Management System, high definition quality cameras will be installed at all major intersections of the city, through which traffic violators will be monitored. With the advent of this system, those who do not follow traffic rules will be directly challaned at home along with their photo. Due to which people will become serious about traffic rules. With the advent of ITMS system in these districts, the traffic system will become more secure. In this system, all major intersections will be monitored from the control room through automatic signal system, the number plate of vehicles breaking traffic rules will be traced, due to which the challan will reach home directly. Crime will be reduced by installing CC and PTZ cameras at intersections.
Let us tell you that in the year 2021, cm Yogi Adityanath had asked to start ITMS in 57 cities and 17 municipal corporations of UP. Under which, in the first phase, it was first started in Lucknow, Agra, kanpur, varanasi and Noida. After this, cities like Meerut, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Shahjahanpur, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Aligarh, Jhansi, Firozabad, Mathura, saharanpur and Moradabad were also connected to it.
