What is the matter?
Actually, this case is of the land under the Mohammad ali Jauhar university campus, which was registered in the name of Imamuddin Qureshi son of Badruddin Qureshi. Imamuddin Qureshi left india and went to pakistan in 1947-48 and this property was registered as enemy property under the Custodian Department of the government of india in 2006. On checking the records, it came to light that the name of Afaq ahmed was wrongly entered in the revenue records to destroy the enemy property by forging the records of the Revenue Department and the pages of the record were found torn. SP leader Azam Khan, who is lodged in Sitapur jail, had recently filed a bail application in the MP-MLA Magistrate court, but, he has withdrawn the bail petition.
