SP leader Shivpal Yadav said that "I have said many times that they have not been able to coordinate faith and system and that is why all this has happened, they could not even provide clean water in Kumbh. Clean water was given only to VIP people. They have invited everyone by publicizing. Kumbh is centuries old and Kumbh was held twice in our government too but, then there was never any chaos here and neither did anyone have to face any problem.
The number of people who died in the stampede was not counted - Shivpal
Shivpal Yadav said that Kumbh has been held before as well and what they had said that 100 crore people will come, so their count is very strong, they counted it immediately but the number of people who died in the maha Kumbh, who lost their lives in the stampede, has not been counted yet. They are not able to count those who died in the stampede at two places.
Let us tell you that in the maha Kumbh, more than the estimate, 61 crore people have taken a holy dip in the Sangam so far. Devotees are continuously coming to Prayagraj. These days about one crore people are taking a dip in the Kumbh every day. It is estimated that this figure may increase further on the last day of Shivratri bath.
