Azam Khan's son Abdullah Azam came out of Hardoi jail!

Samajwadi Party's strong leader and former cabinet minister Azam Khan's son Abdullah Azam has been released from Hardoi jail today after about 17 months. Recently, Rampur's MP-MLA court had granted bail to former SP mla Abdullah Azam. After which the discussion of his coming out of jail soon intensified. But on tuesday around 11 o'clock he was released from Hardoi jail.

Actually, former mla Abdullah Azam has got bail from the supreme Court. But a case of enemy property was going on against him in Rampur court. Due to this, his release from jail was stuck. Rampur police had also appealed to add 2 new sections against Abdullah Azam. But the court rejected the Rampur police's appeal and granted bail to Abdullah Azam.

This was considered a big relief for Abdullah Azam. Recently, Rampur MP-MLA court Judge Shobhit Bansal had granted bail to Abdullah Azam, which cleared the way for his release. Abdullah Azam Khan was sent to jail on 18 october 2023 due to 7 years of sentence in fake birth certificate case and other cases.

Petition rejected

Now the court has rejected the Rampur police's petition to add new sections against him, so the way for his release has been cleared. Now there is no legal hurdle left in his release. In such a situation, today he has come out of Hardoi jail. Yesterday the court has sent the release warrants in all 42 cases of Abdullah Azam to Hardoi jail and today Abdullah Azam was released from jail.

Before he came out of jail, SP supporters had reached there in large numbers. Apart from this, many MPs of the party were also present there. The supporters raised slogans in support of Abdullah Azam.
