AAP mla Amanatullah Khan gets big relief from court!

Aam Aadmi party mla Amanatullah Khan has got relief in the case of FIR registered against him for allegedly attacking the police team in Jamia Nagar. He has got anticipatory bail from Rouse Avenue Court. Rouse Avenue court has granted bail to Amanatullah Khan on a personal bond of Rs 25,000. The court has asked Amanatullah Khan to cooperate in the investigation of delhi police in this case. The court has said that whenever the investigating officer related to the case calls him for investigation, he will have to go. Along with this, Amanatullah Khan will not leave the country without the permission of the court. However, delhi police opposed the anticipatory bail of Amanatullah Khan. Earlier, the court had given temporary relief from arrest to Amanatullah Khan till february 25. The police said that the MLA's involvement had a negative impact on law and order and hindered police action.

Actually, Amanatullah Khan is accused of leading the attack on the police team in Jamia nagar and helping an accused escape from custody. Special cbi judge jitendra singh granted the mla relief from arrest for one day during the hearing on Monday. The final arguments of the prosecution and the defense will be presented before the court.

FIR was registered in Okhla

Delhi police had registered an FIR against Okhla mla Amanatullah Khan in connection with this incident that took place on february 10. The police allege that he led the mob in freeing shahbaz khan, an accused of attempted murder, from custody. When the crime branch team of the police went to arrest shahbaz khan, Amanatullah Khan reached there with his supporters and started pushing the police. During this time shahbaz khan absconded.
