BJP councillors stood on Mayor's table, tore agenda paper!
After the ruckus in delhi Assembly session, there has been a huge ruckus in MCD as well. On tuesday (25 February), bjp councillors tore the agenda papers and threw them away. Not only this, the mike was also picked up and thrown away. bjp councillors stood on Mayor's table. Pictures of the ruckus have been captured on camera. It is being told that aam aadmi party councillors were seen holding blue posters/ banners.
bjp councillors were also seen raising slogans against AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal. All of them are demanding to make corporation employees permanent as per the rules. They are alleging that the minority government is cheating the temporary employees. bjp councillors were also seen raising slogans against the Mayor. During this, they climbed on the table with banners and created a ruckus.
AAP will regularize contract employees
Let us tell you that recently three AAP councillors had joined bjp, due to which bjp has become strong in the House. Mayoral elections are going to be held in delhi in April, before which a crisis has arisen for AAP. MCD has recently said that 12 thousand contract employees will be regularized. The proposal regarding this is also going to be passed on Tuesday. However, protests started even before this.
AAP had said that we have already made 4500 temporary sanitation workers permanent. We do what we say. On the other hand, AAP also protested in delhi Assembly in the matter of Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh photos, after which 13 MLAs of AAP were suspended for the whole day.
