Protem Speaker administered oath
Before the start of the delhi Assembly session, Lieutenant governor Vinay Kumar Saxena administered oath to bjp mla Arvinder Singh Lovely as 'Protem Speaker' (temporary speaker) at raj Niwas. After this, being the senior-most mla, he administered oath to all the newly elected MLAs.
