Under this plan, we had obtained the numbers of MLAs from uttarakhand, Manipur, Odisha, karnataka from ECI Affidavit. And later, after collecting information about the MLAs from Wikipedia, we used to demand crores of rupees from the MLAs in the name of making them ministers and if they did not agree, we used to scare and threaten them.
