Hyderabad Metro Section 2 Huge Update: Is This Venture Permitted, Spanning Seventy-Six Point Four Km And Costing 24200 Cr?



The second section of the hyderabad  Metro rail undertaking, spanning seventy-six point four km and with a projected fee of ₹24,269 crore, is searching for sanction from the Centre.


Telangana leader minister A. revanth reddy has advised top minister Narendra Modi to hurry up the clearance of this crucial mission, which became blocked because of the preceding authorities's inactiveness.


No matter telangana receiving no new tasks inside the Union budget, officials stay hopeful that the Metro enlargement could be accepted within the coming months. The venture proposes five corridors, aiming to enhance city mobility and connectivity throughout Hyderabad.


Revanth Reddy's Key Demands


At some point in his assembly with the prime  minister, the leader minister requested ₹20,000 crore in financial resources for musi river rejuvenation, consisting of 27 sewage treatment plants, maintaining walls, and connecting  the Musi and Godavari rivers. He asked for expedited approval of the southern phase of the regional Ring Street, claiming that 90% of the land acquisition for the northern segment  had already been finished.


He also requested approval for a local Ring rail parallel to the regional Ring road to enhance railway connectivity in Telangana. He proposed the sanction  of a dry port close to the regional Ring Avenue to boost exports and imports, at the side of a greenfield road and rail line connecting the dry port to a seaport.


The leader minister  highlighted the shortage of IPS officers in telangana, especially amid growing cybercrime and drug trafficking cases, and asked for a sanction for 29 extra posts. He also appealed for the allotment of the india Semiconductor project venture to telangana, mentioning the state's ability as a semiconductor hub.


With these essential proposals, the telangana  authorities are pushing for fast infrastructure growth, progressed transportation, and improved regulation enforcement potential inside the country.
