

Cabinet minister inspects water drainage problem…
State cabinet minister Ganesh Joshi on saturday inspected the waterlogging problem near kali Mandir on New Cantt Road along with officials of Municipal Corporation and district Administration. During this, he instructed the officials to find a permanent solution to water drainage as soon as possible. The minister clearly said that now he will neither correspond nor discuss over phone for this work, but the officials will have to solve it themselves and inform him.
The priest of kali temple and local residents had complained to minister Ganesh Joshi that due to rain, the water of the drain near the temple fills the road and surrounding areas, causing a lot of trouble to passersby and residents. Earlier also, during heavy rains last year, this water had reached the minister's residence, which the Municipal Corporation had to remove by working hard overnight. This time also, due to the fear of the problem being repeated, the minister inspected the spot with the officials and gave necessary instructions for immediate solution.
The minister asked the officials to find a solution to the problem
During the inspection, minister Joshi held a meeting with the officials of the Municipal Corporation, Public Works Department and the district Administration and discussed a permanent solution to the problem. He said that various departments will have to prepare an action plan to end this problem forever by making mutual coordination. He instructed the officials to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible and report to him.
During the inspection, the minister also took information from the officials regarding the widening of New Cantt Road and gave necessary instructions. He said that this road is one of the main roads of the city and its widening will provide a lot of convenience to the local people. The minister instructed the officials that a plan is being made to complete this work as soon as possible.

minister Ganesh Joshi said that the state government is fully committed to solving the problems of the public. He said that the aim of the government is to give priority to public welfare works and every possible step will be taken for the convenience of the public. He directed the officials to solve the problems quickly so that the general public does not face any kind of inconvenience. During the inspection, Municipal Commissioner Namami Bansal, Additional district Magistrate jai Bharat Singh, Sub-District Magistrate kumkum Joshi, Superintending engineer of Public Works Department mukesh Parmar, along with many departmental officers and local people were present. The local people appreciated this initiative of the minister and expressed hope that the problem of water drainage will be solved soon.
