

Fraudsters sold former CM's land in UP, caretaker reveals it!

When the caretaker of Digvijay Singh's land complained to the administration to stop the construction, the officials reached the spot in a hurry and stopped the construction work. Due to it being a high profile case, the administration came into action. The district Magistrate constituted a three-member investigation team under the chairmanship of the Additional district Magistrate to investigate the entire matter. SDM Alappur and SDM Jalalpur have been included in it.
What is the whole matter?
In fact, 0.152 hectares of land was registered in the name of the mother of congress leader and former chief minister of madhya pradesh Digvijay Singh in Alappur tehsil area, which has been registered in the name of Digvijay Singh through online inheritance in 2024. Digvijay Singh's mother died in the year 1986. In 1989, ram Harak Chauhan, a resident of Kotla village, became Muktaar-e-Aam Digvijay Singh and made a deed to three people. According to the caretaker of the land, the people who got the deed done fraudulently started construction on this land.
For now, after the complaint of the caretaker, the administration stopped the construction work. Digvijay Singh's aunt was married to the king of Makarhi State of the district, due to which Digvijay Singh's mother used to come here. At that time the land was registered in her name. Only then the land was registered in her name. After his death, the fraudsters sold the concerned land in 1989 by becoming Muktaar-e-Aam. Last year in 2024, the online inheritance was registered in the name of Digvijay Singh.
