How much less is Bihar's budget compared to UP? 

The budget session has started in the election state from Monday. Finance minister Samrat Chaudhary presented the budget of Bihar. This year the budget of bihar is 3 lakh 17 thousand crores. Let us know how much less this budget is than Uttar Pradesh.

Actually, last month the yogi adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh presented its budget. The Yogi government presented a budget of more than 8 lakh 8 thousand 736 crores in the budget session this year. It is claimed that it is the biggest budget in the history of UP. Bihar's budget is much less than the budget of Uttar Pradesh. This year Bihar's budget is Rs 5 lakh 719 thousand crores less than UP.

Tejashwi Yadav targeted

On the other hand, regarding the budget, leader of Opposition and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said, "Ground reality is something and reality is something else. Old things were repeated. Stadium in every block, till date not built in any block. Will reach in five hours and bridges and culverts keep breaking. No action taken against anyone."

He further said, "We thought this is their last budget. Now they will not get power. Farmers' loans should be waived. Widow pension should be increased to Rs 1500. The government did not pay attention. We will ensure that women get financial assistance.

'This is just a budget on paper'

Tejashwi Yadav also said, "This is not a budget in the interest of Bihar. It is just a budget on paper. The Centre has treated bihar step-motherly. bihar is lagging behind in literacy. bihar is behind in farmers' income." Former bihar chief minister Rabri Devi on monday protested outside the state Legislative Council demanding cheap cooking gas, free electricity and social security for women. RJD President and former chief minister Lalu prasad along with party colleagues protested outside the Legislative Council just hours before the nitish kumar government presented the budget in the bihar Assembly.
