CM rekha Gupta surrounded the Aam Aadmi Party!
There was a huge ruckus in the delhi assembly on friday over the health scam. chief minister rekha Gupta made serious allegations against the aam aadmi party and said that the health of the people of delhi has been played with. Citing the CAG report, she said that during the Corona period, the aam aadmi party government committed scams, bought fake medicines and purchased medical equipment at high prices. When the leader of Opposition Atishi raised questions on the policies of the government in the house, chief minister rekha Gupta said, "I am worried about Atishi, do not defend kejriwal so much. What happened to swati Maliwal is not hidden from anyone. When you did not spare your own people, what will happen to you?"
The chief minister took a dig at arvind kejriwal and said that the health scam is being debated in the house, but where is Kejriwal? He said that he is trying to save himself by putting forward one of his colleagues.
Big revelations in 'health scam'
cm rekha Gupta said that this scam is very big. He said that,
• Fake medicines were purchased during the Corona period.
• Patients were given poor quality medicines.
• A machine worth Rs 10,000 was purchased for lakhs.
• A mask worth Rs 10 was purchased for Rs 150.
• Medical equipment was purchased on a large scale, but was not used.
'Incomplete hospitals, missing budget'
rekha Gupta raised the question in the house that half the payment was made for the construction of hospitals in Jwalapuri and Madipur, but till date the hospitals are not ready. He said that the accountability of the then officials should be fixed for this.
PAC will investigate, report in a month
The chief minister announced that the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the assembly will submit a report in three months to investigate the revelations made in the CAG report. The health Department has been directed to submit an Action Taken Report (ATN) within a month. The liquor scam and health scam will also be investigated.
