Ruckus over question to the government!
Targeting the bjp government, Jarnail Singh said, "When questions are asked, attempts are made to suppress them." He alleged that the government had promised that a proposal to give Rs 2500 to women would be passed in the first cabinet meeting, but nothing happened. When I raised questions on this issue, the process of throwing me out of the house was started. He further said, "The minister was not present during the proceedings of the house, which makes it clear that the government is not serious and is avoiding giving answers." He questioned that when the proceedings of the house are live, what is the government trying to hide?
Controversy over sharing photos on social media
During the assembly session, Jarnail Singh took a picture of the house and shared it on the social media platform 'X'. He wrote, "For the first time in the delhi assembly, it is being seen that discussions are going on in the house without ministers. Who will answer on behalf of the government?"
After this post came to light, bjp MLAs raised this issue loudly in the House. bjp MLAs deepak Chaudhary and ajay Mahawar called this act of Jarnail Singh against democratic rules. ajay Mahawar said, "Jarnail Singh's phone should be confiscated because rules are being violated repeatedly."
Opposition and government face to face
bjp MLAs also targeted the bhagwant mann government and said that it has been three years of the aam aadmi party government in Punjab, but women there have not yet received the promised money. bjp leaders taunted that promises are being made, but they are not being fulfilled.
