

Ramdas Athawale gave instructions to take concrete steps!
Republican party of india (RPI) President and minister ramdas athawale has assured to take concrete steps to connect the Vimukta, Nomadic, Semi-Nomadic and Tribal society with the mainstream and protect their rights.
On Monday, social activist Sanjay maruti Kadam met the minister at Shastri Bhavan and handed over survey forms and demand letters of 12 thousand families demanding solution to various problems of the nomadic society. On this, ramdas athawale assured to issue necessary guidelines to the ministry, administration and state government.
Sanjay maruti Kadam started the 'Vimukta, Ghumnatu, Semi-Nomadic Tribes Jodo Abhiyan' in 2017. During this, he visited 22 states across the country by motorcycle and surveyed about 2.5 crore nomadic families and tried to connect them with the mainstream of society.
Government's commitment: Assurance of all possible help
In the meeting held at Shastri Bhavan, minister ramdas athawale reviewed the survey form submitted by Kadam and directed various departments of the ministry to expedite the solution of the problems of the nomadic community. He said, "We will make every effort to get justice to the nomadic community. The ministry, state government and concerned officials will be instructed to take concrete steps in this direction. RPI is committed to follow the ideals of baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and is fully dedicated to the upliftment of the nomadic community."
