Satyendra Jain took defamation case against Bansuri Swaraj!

Aam Aadmi party leader Satyendra Jain has filed a petition against the order of the Rouse Avenue Magistrate court refusing to take cognizance of his complaint against bjp mp Bansuri Swaraj. AAP leader Satyendra Jain has challenged the lower court's decision in the Sessions Court. The Rouse Avenue Sessions court will hear the case on march 12. At the same time, the court has also summoned all the documents related to the case. Earlier, Satyendra Jain had filed a defamation case in the Rouse Avenue court for bjp mp Bansuri Swaraj making derogatory statements against him in connection with the raids by the investigating agency ED, but the court refused to issue any order on this case filed by Jain.

Satyendra Jain's petition has been rejected earlier

Aam Aadmi party leader Satyendra Jain had filed a defamation case against bjp mp Bansuri Swaraj in the Rouse Avenue Court. He had filed a petition saying that Bansuri Swaraj had made derogatory remarks against him, so the court should register a defamation case against her. However, the court was not satisfied with the arguments given by Satyendra Jain in this matter and rejected his petition.

Satyendra Jain had alleged that Bansuri Swaraj made derogatory remarks against him during an interview on a tv channel on october 5, 2023. Satyendra Jain claimed that this interview has been watched by millions of people. He said that Bansuri Swaraj falsely claimed that Rs 3 crore was recovered from his house along with 1.8 Kg gold and 133 gold coins. In the complaint filed in the court, it was said that bjp mp Bansuri Swaraj had made these comments to defame Satyendra Jain and gain undue political advantage.
