

5 friends of Sirohi wore khaki together, created history?
On the occasion of international Women's Day, a unique and inspiring news has come from Rajasthan. 5 friends of Sadalwa village, located 11 km from Pindwara subdivision headquarters in Sirohi district, have achieved the post of constable in rajasthan police with hard work and dedication. All of them have khaki caps on their heads and Ashoka pillar on their foreheads. This achievement is a matter of pride for the village and society.
Studied together, became police constables together
Padam Kanwar (daughter of Revat Singh), Manita Kanwar (daughter of Bhagwan Singh), krishna Kanwar (daughter of Revat Singh), Pratiksha Kanwar (daughter of Ganpat Singh) and Raveena Kanwar (daughter of dilip Singh) of the village prepared for the rajasthan police Constable Recruitment Exam while staying in the village. Due to the village being in the TSP area, they got special exemption, and due to continuous hard work, all the five friends got selected in rajasthan police service together. Now inspired by them, girls from neighboring tribal dominated villages are also preparing for police service.
All the five women constables have been posted in different police stations, where they are serving. Padam Kanwar is currently posted in police station Shivganj, while Manita Kanwar has been posted in police station Barluut. krishna Kanwar is performing her duties in police station Aburoad. Pratiksha Kanwar has been appointed in Sirohi Sadar police station, and Raveena Kanwar is serving in PTS Jaipur.
Daughters made constables by farming and driving rickshaw
The families of these five women constables earn their livelihood from farming and other small works. The fathers of two of them educated their daughters by driving rickshaw and helped them in their preparation. Villagers say that these daughters have achieved success with hard work, which will also inspire the coming generations.
