Telangana Cupboard Growth Postponed, Leading To Discontent In Congress?

In the final 15 months, revanth reddy went to New delhi more than 20 times and met the top leaders of the congress, including AICC  president mallikarjun Kharge, congress MP rahul Gandhi, and AICC general secretary KC Venugopal and others, seeking approval of the cabinet expansion, but all his efforts have gone in vain, the chief said.


The last time  Revanth Reddy put forth the request for the high command nod for cabinet growth was on february five this year. "There is no cupboard enlargement within the immediate destiny. It is able to take a longer time, but it'd be  completed with the high command's steerage," the leader minister said after the assembly, adding that the high command could keep in mind numerous diversifications and combos before giving the approval.


The congress  chief quoted above stated the dearth of a fully-fledged cupboard is seriously affecting the administration. There are not any ministers for numerous critical topics like domestic, better and school schooling, municipal  administration and urban development, social welfare, minority welfare and labour. However, there  has been no response from them, and the leader minister had to name a date for a meeting of the congress Legislature celebration on february 6 to pacify the disgruntled MLAs.


"One of the primary motives for the excessive  command's indecisiveness in approving the cabinet enlargement is that there are too many aspirants for the six vacancies. According to reports from New delhi, as many as 32 MLAs had been lobbying with the delhi bosses  searching for cabinet berths. And revanth reddy has his very own listing of MLAs to be inducted into the cabinet. The excessive command is obviously in a difficult situation on the way to picking the right candidates," the  second congress leader quoted above stated.


"She (newly appointed AICC in-fee of telangana Meenakshi Natarajan) has commenced interacting with all sections of human beings, and she may come out with an answer on  filling up the cupboard gaps soon," he added.
